Whitelist Us


Make sure to “Whitelist” the Prosperity Dispatch in your SPAM filter.

Why is it important that you Whitelist?

Whitelisting is the best way to ensure you never miss an edition of the Prosperity Dispatch, or any communications including alerts, reports or any other research from Q1 Publishing.

Please take a minute to add our sender address to your “safe” or permitted email sender list. It involves you simply adding our sending address (From: editor@q1publishing.com) to your contacts, whitelist, safelist, or list of privileged senders.

Important Note: Please add our sending address (editor@q1publishing.com) to your contacts. This way, you should receive all our communications problem-free. You may also follow the whitelisting instructions for added security that you will receive all communication from Q1 Publishing.

Please refer to the following whitelisting instructions you can use to whitelist the Prosperity Dispatch, depending on the filtering solution you use:

1.      America Online (AOL)

2.      Gmail

3.      MSN

4.      Hotmail

5.      Verizon

6.      Yahoo!

 

1.      AOL

For AOL version 9.0: Add Prosperity Dispatch to "People I Know."

  • Open the latest issue of the Prosperity Dispatch.
  • Click the Add Address button (on the right hand side) to add editor@q1publishing.com to your "People I Know" list.
  • Click Save.

Alternatively, send us an e-mail to editor@q1publishing.com.  This will automatically add our sending address to your “People I Know” list.

For earlier versions of AOL, you need to set your Mail Controls.

  • Go to Keyword Mail Controls.
  • Click Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name.

For AOL version 8.0: Select Allow e-mail from all AOL members, e-mail addresses and domains.

  • Click Next until the Save button shows up at the bottom.
  • Click Save.

For AOL version 7.0: In the section for "exclusion and inclusion parameters," include the domain of the "From" address (www.q1publishing.com).

2.      GMAIL

Add Prosperity Dispatch to your Contacts list.

Alternatively, send us an e-mail to editor@q1publishing.com.  This will automatically add our sending address to your “People I Know” list.

If any communications from Q1 Publishing are filtered and end up in your Spam folder please do the following:

  • Click on the Spam link.
  • Click on the Prosperity Dispatch e-mail.

Click the Not Spam button

3.      MSN

Add Prosperity Dispatch to your Safe List.

  • Click on Settings: E-mail | Junk E-mail (located at the bottom on the left side above Calendar).
  • Click Junk E-mail Guard.
  • Select Safe List.
  • Enter editor@q1publishing.com in the space provided.  
  • Click Add.

For older versions of MSN, here’s how to add us to your safe list:

  • Click on Settings: E-mail (located at the bottom on the left side above Calendar).
  • Click Junk Mail.
  • Select Safe List.
  • Click Add an item to this list.
  • When the Add To Safe List box is visible, please enter editor@q1publishing.com.  

Click Add

4.      HOTMAIL

Add Prosperity Dispatch to your Safe List.

  • Click the Options (top right of page, next to Help button).
  • Click Junk E-mail Protection.
  • Select Safe List.
  • enter the address editor@q1publishing.com
  • Click Add.
  • Click OK.

5.      VERIZON

Add Prosperity Dispatch to your Safe List.

  • Go to your Inbox.
  • Click Options.
  • Select the Block Senders tab (located at the top of the screen).
  • Here, you'll see both a "Block Sender List" and a "Safe List." In the space where it says, "Enter e-mail address or sub domain to always accept even if the domain is blocked," enter editor@q1publishing.com

6.      Yahoo!

Filter the Prosperity Dispatch directly to your inbox.

  • Click Mail Options in your Yahoo! inbox.
  • Click Filters.
  • Click Add Filter.
  • Check to be sure that contains is selected next to the From: header.
  • In the space next to the pull down menu enter editor@q1publishing.com.
  • Located at the bottom, select Inbox, next to where it says Move the message to.
  • Click Add Filter.
